and autism advocate experienced in higher education curriculum design and

implementation. She is a Co-founder of Fidgetech 501(c)3, a private Career School for young adults with Autism, and also founder of the Portland “An Evening for Autism” events that raise funds for autism non-profit organizations.

Tina has dedicated more than 20 years to helping people achieve meaningful employment and greater independence as a Job Coach and Job Developer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and is passionate about supporting individuals in discovering their strengths, building skills, and reaching their goals.

A lifelong Oregonian, she enjoys exploring new places, learning about others, and embracing new adventures. When she's not working, she can often be found enjoying nature, gardening, listening to music, watching movies, or spending time with her cat, Nemo. She believes that true inclusion means embracing diversity, respecting each person's unique contributions, and ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued within their community. Her positive outlook, curiosity, and commitment to helping others make her a trusted advocate and supporter for the people she serves.

Heather brings more than a decade of experience supporting youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a Special Education Educational Assistant and I/DD Provider. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping students build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve greater independence while creating supportive and inclusive learning environments.

Born and raised in McMinnville, Oregon, she values family and is especially proud of her two sons. She enjoys spending time with loved ones and finds great fulfillment in the work she does and the relationships she builds with the individuals she supports. She believes inclusion means being treated with dignity and respect, having your voice heard, and being understood for who you are. Known for her caring nature and positive attitude, she strives to ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued, and included in their community.

Laurie recently retired after a long and distinguished career as a family law attorney, where she dedicated years to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important transitions. Drawing from both her professional experience and personal journey as a single mother raising three children with neurodiverse tendencies, she has developed a deep appreciation for advocacy, inclusion, and community. She is especially proud of her children and the life they have built together. In her free time, she enjoys working with her hands through crafting and gardening. She values meaningful connections, believes everyone deserves to feel included and respected, and appreciates being part of a supportive community where people are accepted for who they are.
