Our Direct Support Professional position acts as a front-line support to implement individual and group community-based and in-home supports. Providers implement individualized service plan supports for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities (I/DD) in ways that maximize the independence and self-esteem of individuals served by the agency. These supports include Attendant Care, Skills Training, Day Support Activities and transportation.
The Skills Trainer provides individualized support and skills training for Project SEARCH interns and other FT Works clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in internship, community, and competitive work environments. The Skills Trainer works in collaboration with the Project SEARCH Instructor, host businesses, and other partners to help clients acquire marketable, competitive skills and successfully integrate into employment settings.
The Project SEARCH Instructor supports young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in gaining real-world job skills through internship experiences at a host business site. This role combines classroom instruction, on-site coaching, and collaboration with employers and service partners.

The Employment Specialist supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in building skills, exploring career interests, and achieving meaningful community-based employment. This role blends direct support (DSP), skills training, and Employment Path services as defined by ODDS to promote independence, confidence, and successful job outcomes.
